Our number one goal at Orchestra Source is to be the leading FREE online resource for orchestra students (and their parents).
We were founded in 2020 by a team of musicians & instructors as a way to way to reach out and inspire music students all over the world.
We know that learning a new instrument can fun and exciting but also extremely frustrating. We see too many students give up because they were never setup for success to start with.
Our reviews and lessons aim to provide students of all ages with the resources they need to grow as a musician.

Tim Radcliff
Chief Music Officer
Tim is a founding member of the Orchestra Source team and serves as our Chief Music Officer. He has a Bachelors in Music from Furman University, and performed in the Symphony Orchestra during his time there as a student. Upon graduation he served for 3 years as an assistant middle school band director, and has since transitioned to a role as the director of music for his church.
Jennifer Nguyen
Staff Writer
Jennifer is both an accomplished Violinist as well as Cellist and has performed all across the world during her time as a contract musician with a major cruise line. She is passionate about sharing the joys of music with students of all ages and takes particular pride in finding ways to make practice fun! When she isn’t playing or teaching music you can find her relaxing with her two cats Bach & Beethoven.
Tom Clinton
Publisher
Tom is a seasoned online publisher and helps oversee the business side of things around here. He manages all of our business relationships, partnerships, advertising, digital pr, & outreach. He also is an amateur musician himself having played guitar for many years, and recently picking up the violin as a way to better understand the challenges faced by beginners.
